The family that was purchasing our home got covid, had issues with securing the loan, didn't respond quickly, and just had issue after issue. AC and Maureen worked extremely and exhaustively hard. Worked long hours (late night hours) to sort thru every issue that arose, and went thru every document (multiple times) to ensure everything was done correctly. They didn't just push it through because they wanted to get it done faster. They made sure we got every penny the buyers agreed to. They even helped us financially allowing us to borrow for a mortgage payment to reduce the stress, because of the issues that kept arising from the buyers. An amazing couple and team. "I can't recommend Maureen enough. She helped me through a short sale on my property in Georgetown, TX, which is already a stressful process, and this one was made harder by dealing with Turist Bank on the lender side.What stood out most was her integrity. At one point she brought in another agent, Donald, to help get the deal done right — a decision that cut into her own commission on an already-reduced short sale. She made that call anyway because it was the right thing for me and the deal, even though it meant less money for her.She also went above and beyond managing the property while I couldn't be there, handling a toilet repair, getting the locks changed, and taking care of things I didn't have the funds to cover myself.It was a rough process, but Maureen's honesty and follow-through made it so much better. If you want someone who does right by her clients over maximizing her own paycheck, she's the one."
